USA Maintenance is a family-owned commercial cleaning company founded by Ulysses "Lee" Layun and headquartered in Deerfield Beach, in Broward County, Florida. We specialize in restaurant and commercial kitchen cleaning, and we also clean offices, hotels, dealerships and other commercial facilities.
Our story
From the dish pit to a commercial cleaning company
Lee Layun came to the United States from Brazil at 13 and studied business administration at Broward Community College. His first job was in his father's restaurant, where he started as a dishwasher and worked as a cook's helper, busboy and waiter before his father gave him the chance to manage it.
That hands-on start led to a role in the commercial cleaning industry, and then to founding his own company. Lee still believes the person in charge should understand every job in the business, including the humblest ones.

Every team member, from cleaning technicians to supervisors, commits to the highest ethical standards of a professional cleaning company. We background-check and interview every new hire, including their experience and work record.
Quality control
Superior cleaning takes strict quality control. We manage it with professional onsite supervisors, WinTeam, and an online form we call our "report card", where clients rate our work.
Ongoing training
Our technicians are trained on the equipment, chemicals and supplies they use. Our trainers have completed Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) programs and the National Safety Council bloodborne pathogen training class.
