What does restaurant cleaning include?

Both halves of the building. In the back of house we clean kitchens, cooking equipment, prep areas and floors. In the front of house we clean dining and reception areas, tables, bar areas, restrooms, entryways, lobbies and patios.

Who is it for?

Independent restaurants, restaurant groups and multi-location operators, plus hotels, private clubs and venues with restaurant-style kitchens. Discounts are available when we clean more than one location.

How often can you clean?

Daily, weekly or monthly recurring service, or a one-time deep clean. Your proposal sets the frequency for each area, so the dining room and the kitchen line can run on different schedules.

How soon can you start?

We respond to quote requests the same business day and need one week of lead time before starting service at a new restaurant.

Back of house

Kitchen and back-of-house cleaning

The kitchen is where grease, food soil and foot traffic concentrate. We clean the surfaces your staff work on every shift, plus the deep-clean areas that daily closing duties don't reach.

  • Kitchens and cook lines
  • Prep tables and counters
  • Damp wiping and polishing of stainless steel
  • Dusting of shelving and high surfaces
  • Cooking equipment
  • Kitchen floors
  • Recyclables and trash
  • Scheduled deep cleaning

Kitchen equipment

Kitchen equipment deep cleaning

Carbon and grease build up on cooking equipment over months of service. A deep clean removes the buildup so the equipment is easier to keep clean day to day.

Our project photos show the equipment we clean most often:

  • Broilers and charbroilers
  • Salamanders
  • Ranges and grates
  • Griddles
  • Fryer cabinets
  • Convection ovens

Tell us what's on your line when you request a quote, and we'll scope the deep clean around it.

Front of house

Dining room and front-of-house cleaning

Guests judge a restaurant by what they can see and touch. We keep every guest-facing area clean, from the front door to the restrooms.

  • Dining and reception areas
  • Tables
  • Bar areas
  • Restrooms
  • Entryways and lobbies
  • Patios
  • Telephones
  • Vacuuming and dusting

Restaurant floors

Restaurant floor cleaning

Kitchen tile and dining room brick hold grease in their grout lines. Scrubbing lifts what a nightly mop spreads around.

We clean kitchen floors, dining room floors and the floors behind the bar, and we work around booths, bar rails and kitchen equipment. For carpeted dining rooms and hard-floor care beyond the restaurant, see commercial carpet and floor care.

Restaurant groups

One standard across every location

When you run several restaurants, the hard part isn't one clean kitchen. It's the same clean kitchen at every site, every week.

  • Multiple-location discounts when we clean more than one of your restaurants.
  • One proposal and one point of contact for the whole group, with the scope defined per location.
  • Onsite supervisors and WinTeam workforce management to keep crews and schedules consistent.
  • Our online "report card" so each location manager can rate the work.
  • Locations outside South Florida are reviewed case by case. List them on the quote form and we'll confirm coverage.

Restaurant cleaning FAQ

Questions restaurant operators ask us

Do you clean the kitchen and the dining areas?

Yes. We offer both front-of-house and back-of-house cleaning, so one company handles the kitchen, equipment, floors, dining room, bar and restrooms.

Can you do a one-time deep clean instead of a contract?

Yes. We provide one-time deep cleaning as well as daily, weekly and monthly recurring service. Many restaurants start with a deep clean and then move to a maintenance schedule.

How is a restaurant cleaning quote priced?

Each quote is based on your restaurant's size, the areas and equipment to be cleaned, and how often you need service. We offer competitive pricing and discounts for multiple locations. Quotes are free.

How much notice do you need?

We respond to quote requests the same business day and need one week of lead time before we start cleaning a new location.
